We do not ship and process orders during the weekend. We can not also guarantee to answer all of your questions during that time - therefore, the response on all of the questions sent during the weekend can be slightly delayed (at the worst case, they will be answered on Monday).

Despatch goods

We aim to despatch goods in 2-14 working days. We reserve the right to supply up to a maximum of 28 days and will inform you of any delays due to stock unavailability.


Prices and Specs may change due to factors out with our control. We reserve the right to alter prices; however should your order differ from prices quoted we will inform you before despatch of any order.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.


We are always doing everything to provide our customers with the best quality of services. Goods sent to you are checked and packed to avoid any damage in the delivery. However, there are cases of delivery by courier damaged goods. We suggest the following:
Before signing the document of receipt of goods:
1. unpack product and check for any sign of damage
2. if the goods are not damaged, please sign the document of receipt
3. if the goods are damaged, report the damage to the courier
4. you must notify us within 24 hours to make a claim of any damage or shortages.


Refunds will be made, apart from delivery charges, on items returned by prior agreement. Unspoiled and unused within 14 days of purchase. Special order products may incur handling charges.

Return policy

Following terms apply to all items except:

- Damaged in transport

- Deformed in transport

- Faulty items (faults must be reported to us within 7 working days after recieving the item, including the photo documentation and description of fault).

We accept returns within 7 days after receipt of delivery of the item and within 14 days after receipt of delivery the product must arrive to us.

Item must be packed just as it arrived to you. If you received item in box - the same box must be used to return item to us. We don’t accept return parcels with no name; no sender's address or without prior "return request".

We don't accept returns of item collected personaly or delivered to you personally. We don’t refund postage to client.

Errors and omissions are exceptions and we will talk about them personally with a customer.


How do I return an item?

Simply write an e-mail or contact us anyhow and one of our customer support team members will issue you with a Return Number that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a Return Number before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return, here are some simple and easy to follow guidelines:

If you wish to return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Change of mind

Goods returned to us because of a change of mind must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc.), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. delivery charge. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Special or made to specific car orders may incur handling charges. The handling fee is 30% and 50% of the value of the purchased goods. Also shipping costs (return purchased goods) are borne by the customer. Any goods with a value of over £500 is not refundable. This is due to the fact that expensive products are produced to special order.

Items returned and lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.

Refunds, replacements and exchanges: Refunds for items that are defective or faulty and sent back to TUNING CAR SHOP within 14 days, a refund, replacement or exchange will be processed within 7 working days of the returned item receiption, a refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note that items returned to us that are not due to our error will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund.

Please note, in all instances TUNING CAR SHOP shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
